Welcome to the Fall 2020 Indoor League at Go West Sports. We will be running 5 leagues this year. U10 (2011s), U12 (2009s), U15 (2006s), High School and Adult. Season will start the weekend of 11/6 and run 8 week with 8 games per team. If everything runs well, we will look to have a tournament for a portion of the top of each league on the weekend of 1/8-1/10. 10 weeks from the start of the league with no games the weekend following Christmas.
To sign up a Soccer League team, please sign up on Dash (https://apps.dashplatform.com/dash/index.php?action=Auth/start&company=tenthst) or email Cody (email@example.com). A $100 deposit will be required to sign up a team. We will have registration days for parents to come in and sign up in person rather than online. OCT 22 Thursday and OCT 24 Saturday. Times will be determined at a later date. All in person registration will need to be done before 10/24. These registration days are mandatory for all players and coaches to drop off forms and pay fees (team fees and player card fees). This will help with making week 1 more like week 2. Please make this happen for as many players as possible.
Team fee for Fall 2020 is $650 with $20 Player Cards. All players must fill out new Player Card forms and Participation Forms. Participation Forms are League Waivers that will be on Dash when signing up for a team. Both of these forms are also attached at the bottom.
If you are unable to make it to a registration day, please go to the link (https://apps.dashplatform.com/dash/index.php?action=Auth/start&company=tenthst) and get your roster on to dash. As coaches, you can add players yourself or send this link to the parents for them to request to join the team.
In order to comply with the Risk Management regulations of our governing body, Indiana Soccer, all coaches (and managers, if they are behind the bench) must have a GotSoccer account with a current and approved Background check. Background checks are good for two years. In addition to the background check and to comply with the rules of our governing bodies - US Youth Soccer and Soccer Indiana - all coaches must complete and pass a Concussion Protocol Test and SportSafe test. We are required to report compliance by all coaches/managers.
If you do not have a GotSoccer Account or don't know if you have a Gotsoccer Account, please let us know and we research this for you. If you have a Gotsoccer Account, please make sure your background approval is current and take the time to complete the concussion and sportsafe program. ALL clubs are required to do this and ALL Coaches must go through this process. If you have submitted your background check through your local soccer club and it is current and approved, you are good to go. You can log into your account to complete the Concussion Protocol and SafeSport testing as required for all coaches and managers.

New to Go West Sports Fall 2020 is going to my Admissions passes. Passes will be valid for 1 session at a time. Adult passes will be $25 (Normal Price = $4 per game day) and Family Passes $80 (Normal Price = $12 per game day / Family passes will max out at 6 people). Cards will be available to be purchased online when signing up a team or player. If you buy a card online, please let the front desk know when you arrive week 1. These cards will be punch cards and punched each week. If passes are lost, parents must pay the daily fee or buy a replacement card for $10. Cards must be punched each week to be valid. Cards not present will not be valid, even if purchased online.
Go West Sports is also looking to offer Futsal Leagues. These leagues will be the same ages as the Soccer leagues. Futsol leagues team fees will be $350. Games will be 2 16 minute halves with a 3 minute halftime. There will be 8 games per team per league. If you are interested in signing up a Futsol league, please email Cody (email@example.com) to get your team on the list. Futsol league will be a listed sign up to determine if the league will work. We will make a decision based off of numbers on 10/12/20.
